        <![CDATA[ I am not thrilled about the current Russian pairs, though I feel there is a chance I may like Mukhortova-Trankov if Vasiliev is able to work his magic with
them, like he did with T&amp;M.


Somehow I just don&#39;t like Kawaguchi-Smirnov that much. They are sort of OK.


I heard that Ushakova-Karev have split.


We won&#39;t see Bazarova-Larianov for at least two years because he failed the drug test. They were the only young Russian pair I liked.

			<description><![CDATA[ I have been reading the thread on fsu about Russian test skates. I saw K&amp;S&#39;s SP and M&amp;T&#39;s LP. I just cannot warm up to K&amp;S.

I like M&amp;T better, but why did they choose Love Story for their LP is beyond me. I have such bad memories of that music, and Tamara should too. She must
have a very short memory (after 8 years?  LOL) ]]></description>

They have improved a lot. Nice lines, flexibility, posture, and speed. They were a bit sloppy toward the end. They don&#39;t have the wow factor of B&amp;S or

What did you think of K/S&#39;s short from Worlds this year? I thought it was a big improvement for them. I wasn&#39;t perfect, but was a good step in the
right direction. I posted it earlier in the Worlds section,  but you never commented. Their long suffered from some of their same problems, especially after
their fall on the quad.
